Convergent is a spin-off company from The University of British Columbia. Incorporated in 1998, we continue to have strong links with the Composites Group at UBC. Convergent staff and facilities are totally separate, with the focus at Convergent being immediate and short term service and products for industrial use, whereas the UBC Composites Group has a mandate for longer term, open research.
